Service: a food-tracking app that estimates calories and nutrients from photos, text and voice descriptions, AI, and nutrition databases. Estimates are approximate. Not medical advice: consult a physician before changing your diet, especially if pregnant, nursing, or living with a medical condition or eating disorder.

Free analysis and subscription: every account gets one free AI analysis (plus two corrections of that result); after that, photo, text, voice and label analysis require Sawafit Pro. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free analyses is abuse. Pro is offered monthly or yearly; a free trial may be available to eligible users, with its length shown on the subscription screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation or when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; deleting your account does not cancel the subscription; refunds only per the store’s policy. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase.

Fair use: AI features are for normal personal use and are subject to fair-use limits (maximum requests per hour and per day) that protect the service from abuse and automation. Normal daily use does not reach them; when reached, requests pause and resume automatically.

Account & use: you must be 13 or older; you are responsible for your account; you can delete it in the app at any time, which deletes your data and photos immediately. Guest accounts not linked to email, Apple or Google and without a subscription are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity. No abuse, unauthorised access, automated flooding or circumvention of limits, or unlawful content. You keep ownership of the photos, recordings and data you upload and grant us a licence to process them only to provide the service, including through the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Liability: the app is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, RORO & LILY TRADING LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
